O R D E R
Mr.G.Mohan Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondent - Corporation.
2. With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent – Corporation. 4.The petitioner, while working as Helper in the respondent – Corporation, is claimed to have suffered defects in his both legs and as such, he is not able to discharge his duties. In view of the same, the petitioner is claimed to have submitted an application for voluntary retirement as early as on 03.08.2025 and thereafter, the respondents are stated to have referred the petitioner to the Medical Board on 11.12.2025 and the Medical Board has also furnished its report. However, no further steps have been taken by the respondents thereafter. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition complaining inaction on the part of the respondents on his application.
