O R D E R
The petitioner is before this Court assailing the order dated 12.07.2024 passed by the first respondent.
2. In the said order, the request of the petitioner to sanction educational loan has been rejected since the petitioner has not obtained appropriate marks as per the norms of the Bank.
3. This Court, vide order, dated 13.03.2026, directed the respondent Bank to verify as to whether the petitioner has secured 61% marks and in the event the petitioner is found to have secured 61% marks, the respondent bank will process his application and sanction education loan in accordance with its norms.
4. Subsequently, the respondent bank, after verification, has found that the petitioner has secured 61% marks and therefore, he is entitled for sanction of education loan subject to production of relevant documents for the 4th year B.E. Engineering course.
