ORDER
This petition is filed to quash the proceedings pending against the petitioners in Crime No.5 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur and it is taken on file as CC.No.44 of 2026.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) that the final report has already been filed this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
