ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the proceedings pending against the petitioners in Crime No.461 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai through e- filing in L202S00704 on 21.04.2026 and it is yet to be taken on file.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the final report has already been filed this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. The respondent police shall follow it up with the court concerned and ensure that the final report is taken on file within a stipulated time. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
