ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent herein to dispose of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.A1/869/2025 dated 05.01.2026 and connected proceedings A1/13963/2025 dated 31.12.2025 which is pending on the file of the second respondent.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal, dated 05.01.2026, and to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents
4 to 10, and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
