ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 19.12.2025.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 19.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
