ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to expeditiously dispose of the proceedings pending on his file in Na.Ka.Ka2/24762/2020 within the time fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has preferred a complaint as early as on 18.07.2014, which was taken on file as Na.Ka. No. Ka2/24762/2020. In spite of the same, the respondents have not completed the proceedings. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to complete the proceeding within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
