JUDGMENT

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Courtin W.P.No.16157/2025 dated 30.4.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the direction of this Court in W.P.No.16157 of 2025 to pass final orders with respect to issuance of death certificate in respect of the petitioner’s deceased brother namely Muralidharan, an order dated 04.07.2025 has been passed by the 2nd respondent and a copy of the said order is placed before this Court. Recording the said statement as to compliance, this contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
