ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents has placed a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.002/2025/A1, dated 19.09.2025 (wrongly mentioned in the proceedings as 19.09.2026).
2. By placing the aforesaid copy of the proceedings, the learned Special Government Pleader submits that the respondents have complying with the order of this Court in W.P.No.3511 of 2018 dated 05.12.2024.
3. A copy of the said proceedings has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view of the proceedings as placed before this Court and the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, as to the respondents complying with the order of this Court which submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
