2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/Cross objector would submit that they are not pressing this application and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, the Cross Objection is rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
