for his deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated

06.03.2025 in W.P.(MD).No.21200 of 2024.

2. Heard, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the

learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the contemnor/

respondent and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the

knowledge of this Court that the order passed by this Court dated 06.03.2025 in W.P.(MD).No.21200 of 2024, has already been complied

with.

4.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
