O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 29.11.2023 filed under Section 18(1)

of Right To Information Act 2005 within time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sought information under the Right to Information Act from the third respondent. However, as the information was not furnished, the petitioner filed a complaint before the first respondent, which has been pending for the past two years. Therefore, the petitioner now seeks disposal of the said complaint.

3. Heard the learned Standing counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

4. This Court directs the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 29.11.2023, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
