ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent/contemnor for the wilful, deliberate disobedience of the order of this Hon'ble Courts Order dated 31.01.2025 and made in W.P.No.2349 of 2025 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

2. The original register containing the sale deed dated 17.09.1965 was produced before this Court. The papers are in a fragile condition, and it is not possible to take a certified copy of the said document.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also seen the condition of the document.

4. Therefore, in view of the above, the respondent cannot be held guilty of contempt, and accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
