O R D E R
This writ petition is filed for the following relief:
“To direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2025 and 14.01.2026 by granting him appointment in the office of the
2nd respondent as sanitary worker.”
2. The petitioner submits that he is a sanitary worker working in the office of the 2nd respondent on a contract basis. He has joined the office in the year 2011 and has put in 15 years of service. The petitioner would submit that he is now aged 45 years and he made a representations dated 29.12.2025 and 14.01.2026 seeking to appoint him as a Sanitary Worker in the 2nd respondent office. However, the representation has not been considered by the respondents. Therefore, this writ petition has been filed.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner’s representations dated 29.12.2025 and 14.01.2026 have not been considered to date, the 1st and 2nd respondents are directed to consider the petitioner’s representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
