Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent herein to dispose the enquiry and grant patta in favour of petitioner by complying the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 08.08.2025 in his Na.Ka.8638/2024/Aa4(Ma)6043/2025/Aa4 within a stipulated time as prescribed by this court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent herein to dispose the enquiry and grant patta in favour of petitioner by complying the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 08.08.2025 in Na.Ka.8638/2024/Aa4(Ma)6043/2025/Aa4 within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has already approached the second respondent who had conducted an enquiry and passed an order dated 08.08.2025 wherein it is directed that the Tahsildar shall consider and pass appropriate orders. Therefore, the present writ petition is filed to implement the said order. The petitioner has approached the third respondent with the above order. However, the third respondent has not implemented the said order.

3.Therefore, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders in the light of the order dated 08.08.2025 in Na.Ka.8638/2024/Aa4(Ma)6043/2025/Aa4 in accordance to law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
