ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.36069 of 2025, dated 25.09.2025.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he had filed a writ petition seeking a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the written representation made by him on 09.01.2025 and to pass orders on merits and this Court, by order dated 25.09.2025, had directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2025 and to dispose of the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Alleging that the said order of this Court has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition is filed.

3.There is no representation for the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents/contemnors would submit that the direction of this Court issued vide order dated 25.09.2025 has been complied with and the representation of the petitioner has been considered and appropriate orders have been passed and it has also been communicated to the petitioner through registered post and he has received the same on 29.12.2025.

5.Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate and finding that the order of this Court dated 25.09.2025 has been complied with, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
