ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct the Subordinate Judge Court, Poonamallee to dispose of the H.M.O.P. No. 505 of

2023 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has filed H.M.O.P. No. 505 of

2023 seeking dissolution of marriage and it is pending from the year 2023. Hence, the Subordinate Judge Court, Poonamallee is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P. No. 505 of 2023 within a period 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No Costs. Pending petition, if any, is/are closed.
