The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.20249/2023/ H2 dated 31.05.2024, and quash the same, and consequently direct the second respondent to restore our original Legal Heir Certificate.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner’s mother is the second wife of one Palanisamy and the said Palanisamy passed away on 06.10.2020 and after his demise, the second respondent issued legal heir certificate, declaring the petitioner’s mother, brother and paternal grandmother and the petitioner as the legal heirs, however, the same was sought to be cancelled by the third respondent/ first w
