ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 27.01.2023, which was preferred against the refusal check slip dated 29.12.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that, if sufficient time is granted, the appeal will be disposed of.
3. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:-
The second respondent shall dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, dated 27.01.2023, as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by following due process of law.
