[Made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J., This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to remove the encroachment made by 9^th respondent in Survey Nos.23/1, 23/2, 23/3 and 23/15 correlated to the old Survey Nos.393/A1, 393/A2, 394/1 and 394/2 of the Vairamangalam Revenue Village in the Bhavani Taluk of the Erode District, which is classified as “Kaundanputhur Natham Land” and “Salai (Road)”

2. The Tahsildar, Bhavani would show that a survey has been conducted in the presence of the writ petitioner and the authorities found that there is no encroachments identified in Government Poramboke public road.

3. Since no encroachments are identified by the Revenue Authorities, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.
