ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to the respondent to permit to write examination in respect of arrears of one paper in the ensuing examination scheduled on 15.05.2026.
2. The petitioner joined 5 year LLB Course in the year 2018 and as per the Regulations of the University, the petitioner is required to complete the course in the year 2025. The said Regulation states that ordinarily no student should be given time as an extended period of two years. However, examination of students on the basis of merits of each case, University may allow a student one more year for completion of the programme. 3. The petitioner submitted an application to the University citing the reasons for not completing the course within the extended period, ie., 2025.
