ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.116 of 2022 before the jurisdictional Court.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is almost completed and within a period of three months final report will be filed.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.116 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This three months period is only an outer limit.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
