ORDER
By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the third respondent dated 24.04.2025, quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to allot one Tamil Nadu Housing Board Plot under the category of HIG, in Hosur Town or nearby Hosur Town to the petitioner based on his representation dated 25.02.2025.
