O R D E R
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to reissue the Confirmation Page and Admit Card for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) scheduled to be held on 03.05.2026.
2. The petitioner states that, although his name was correctly entered in the application form in accordance with the details found in the Aadhaar Card, the Confirmation Page contains a remark stating that the name mentioned in the application does not match the name reflected in the Aadhaar Card.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has placed on record the Public Notice dated 12.04.2026, issued for providing advance information regarding the allotment of the city of examination to applicants of NEET (UG), 2026.
4. The petitioner further states that, pursuant to the said Public Notice, he has received the advance information regarding the examination city prior to the issuance of the Admit Card.
