ORDER
The present writ petition is filed challenging orders dated 09.06.2015, 05.07.2017 and 25.10.2018, whereby petitioner’s request for appointment on compassionate grounds was rejected for herself as well as for her son.
2. Brief facts:
2.1. Petitioner’s husband died in harness, after having been permanently observed as a regular Mazdoor on 13.07.2012. Petitioner’s husband died at the age of 36 years. Petitioner had two young sons to take care of, aged about 13 and 11 years respectively. Petitioner had applied for compassionate appointment on 19.01.2015, which is within three years from the date of death of her husband and the same was rejected by third respondent vide impugned order dated 09.06.2015 on the premise that petitioner has not completed VIII standard.
2.2. Petitioner, thereafter, made an application on 27.06.2017, wherein, it was stated that she had cleared VIII Standard. Petitioner also simultaneously submitted another
