This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.427 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioners

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in crime No.427 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent, charge sheet was filed and the same has been taken cognizance in CC.No.6614 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for CCB/CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this criminal original petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
