Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.The petitioner is a resident of Kottaipati. He alleges that in the petition mentioned survey numbers, there are encroachments.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions, states that the petition mentioned survey numbers have been classified as “public pathway”.

4.We direct the second respondent to issue notices to all the interested persons including the private respondents herein. If the second respondent is satisfied that in the petition-mentioned public pathway there are encroachments, the same shall be removed by adhering to due process of law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
