ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to permit the petitioner to attend regular classes as well as the clinical course, and not collect additional fees in the form of event fees, clinical course fees and consequently, to refund the excess fees collected from petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that there is no legal impediment for the petitioner from attending classes and participating in the examinations.
3. The learned counsel for the third respondent further submitted that the petitioner was admitted to the Institution under the Management quota and that only the eligible fees were collected. It is contended that no excess fee has been collected from the petitioner. A detailed counter affidavit has been filed, and the relevant paragraphs are extracted hereunder:
