Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider petitioner representation dated 09.03.2026 and Consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to cancel the allotment order of the 1st respondent in BPCL ALLOTMENT ORDER / LETTER OF
INDENT IN CHRT.LOI.NRO.SI.NO.590 dated 12.01.2024 and pass.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the
respondents 1 and 2 to consider petitioner representation dated 09.03.2026, to
cancel the allotment order of the 1st respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the 1st
respondent submitted that the petitioner’s representation was considered and a rejection order was passed on 23.03.2026. Hence nothing survives in this writ
petition.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the official
respondents, this writ petition has become infructuous. However liberty is
