W.P.Nos.21397 and 21615 of 2017 are filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the 1^st respondent dated 21.07.2017 and 01.08.2017, in and by which, the petitioner College was directed to admit 50% of the total intake to the linguistic minority (Telugu) of the State for the academic year 2017-18. W.P.No.23409 of 2017 has been filed challenging the impugned G.O.Ms.No.36 dated 25.08.2017 insofar as it stipulates that seats remaining vacant shall be filled up as open merit management quota seats during mop-up counselling based on NEET-2017 rank from among the Puducherry domicile candidates.
