ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Police to grant adequate police protection for conducting the temple festival.
2. The petitioner claims that there is a dispute regarding poojari rights between the petitioner and the private respondents 5 to 7. In such circumstances, the police cannot grant police protection. However, in order to conduct the festival peacefully, the Tahsildar is directed to convene a peace committee meeting by calling the petitioner and respondents 5, 6 and 7, and pass appropriate orders. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
