WP No.11655 of 2026 teaching experience for the periods viz., 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2014-2015, 2015-2016, 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019- 2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, the same was ignored without any valid reasons. The same was not considered by

the respondents.

3. The petitioner contends that if she would have been provided with

Teaching Experience Certificate at that point in time, she would have got a fair chance of getting selected to the post of Assistant Professor called for by the TRB during the year 2019, 2024 and 2025. The petitioner would further submit that the Teachers Recruitment Board is now going to recruit Assistant Professors from the Guest Lecturers and she intends to apply for the same. Therefore, the petitioner had submitted a representation to the respondents on 19.02.2026 seeking to issue Teaching Experience Certificate for those period of 13 years viz., 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2014-2015, 2015-2016, 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021- 2022, 2022-2023, she served as a Guest Lecturer.
