COMMON ORDER

Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsels for the petitioner and respondents

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some error has been crept in paragraph Nos.3 & 4 of the order dated 17.03.2026. The said paragraphs are to be replaced as follows:

" 3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that plaintiff is aged about 58 years old senior citizen and the suits were filed in the year of 2003. Even after filing the written statements, trial was not begin and so far, there is no progress in the trial. Therefore, he wanted to direct the trial court to dispose the cases as early as possible.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the revision petitioner is aged about 58 years old senior citizen and the suits are pending from the year of 2003, as on date, issues not framed and so far there is no progress in the trial, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to commence the trial and dispose the cases as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.

3. Registry is directed to modify the above paragraph No.3 & 4 as stated above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.

4. In other respects, the order dated 17.03.2025 shall remain unaltered.
