ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of the suit in OS No.551 of

2024, as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent is a senior citizen and prayed for the speedy disposal of O.S.No.551 of 2024, which was filed in the year 2024.

3. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2024, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
