Order
This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:
“To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents leading to the order dated 23.09.2025 bearing Ref No.06/ Pers Estt 1/ 2020 of the second respondent and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to effect payment to the petitioner of all the retirement benefits including Aavin pension, gratuity, provident fund, leave salary etc. together with interest at the rate of 12 percent p.a from the due date till the date of payment within a time frame to be fixed by this Court”.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he had joined the services of the 3rd respondent as an Extension Officer, Grade-2 in the year 1987. Thereafter, in the year 2015, he was promoted as Extension Officer Grade-1. In addition to his regular duties, the petitioner was called upon on some occasion
