ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to grant Auto Rickshaw permit to the petitioner to operate the vehicle within the radius of 30 kms. distance from Sankari Bus Stand, Sankari, Salem District, based on the petitioner’s application dated 09.03.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner seeks auto rickshaw permit. The petitioner had submitted an application on 09.03.2026 in Form CCPA for the said purpose with the respondent. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petitioner’s application dated 09.03.2026, as stated supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the suppor
