ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s revision petition dated 17.09.2025, by considering the petitioner’s explanation dated 31.12.2025.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's revision application dated 17.09.2025 and the explanation dated 31.12.2025, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
