ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent for his willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P(MD)No. 20865 of 2024, dated 03.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie., 28.04.2026), both respondents appeared in person.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the Deputy Commissioner, South, Madurai City, passed an order, dated 26.04.2026, for removal of history sheet against the petitioner and he has also produced the copy of the proceedings, dated 26.04.2026.

4. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
