ORDER
By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed for a direction, directing the Respondent to consider the Petitioners representation dated 23.12.2025 and further direct the Respondent to enforce the provisions of the fixation of Minimum wages Act, 1948 to all the employees and servants of the religious institutions including the retired employees and servants of the religious institutions and fix the salary, allowances retirement benefits etc, on par with the Government Servants and also to fix the minimum monthly pension for the retired servants of temples and religious institutions at Rs.7,850/- (Rupees Seven Thousand and eight hundred and fifty only.
3. It is the case of the petitioner Association that the retired members from the HR & CE Department though they are treated as public servants, they have been subjected to discriminatory treatment in respect to their salary, allowances when com
