ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the Respondents to conduct inquiry into the affairs of the society by name and style Alumni Association of IIHT Bearing Reg. No.73 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd Respondent and appoint an special officer to take care of the administration and to conduct elections for office bearers and committee members by superseding the defunct committee by considering the petitioners representation dated
15.04.2026.
2.When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the civil court. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect. 3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
