ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to issue appropriate direction to the third respondent herein to sanction loan to the petitioner under PMEGP, by considering the petitioner’s online application dated 06.05.2023 (No. DITN236979- 11678170) and as per the recommendation of the second respondent in his letter dated 12.06.2023 and in the light of PMEGP score board dated 12.06.2023 in the matter and in the light of the representation dated 07.11.2023 and reminder dated 30.11.2023 of the petitioner and further to direct the fourth respondent to consider and take necessary action on the complaint dated 07.11.2023 and reminder dated
30.11.2023 of the petitioner, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
