ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.20 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions from the Investigation Officer, submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and that the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of four months.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No. 20 of 2025 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
