ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer in this Original Petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent also submitted that the child is with the father/petitioner and attained majority and hence, the prayer in this original petition has become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, this Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
