This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.03.2026 given for changing the classification of the petitioners own patta land in S.Nos.495/9B and 495/10 situated at Block No.19, Ward No.1 Chairman Duraisamy Naidu Road @ Krishnagiri Road, Thiruppathur and District in view of patta Nos.302 and 314 issued by the Town Settlement Tahsildar, Thiruppathur and District as early as possible.
