COMMON ORDER
These writ petitions have been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to issue application form to the petitioners for allotment of 72 vacant shops on rental basis in Vegetable, Fruit, Flower and Food Grain Market on monthly rent basis at Koyambedu Wholesale Market Complex, Koyambedu, Chennai-600107 based on the petitioners’ representation dated 25.04.2026 by receiving the demand drafts dated 22.04.2026 for sum of Rs.1000/- drawn in favour of the
1st respondent.
2.The petitioners state that they are doing vegetable business. Recently, the respondents/CMDA have issued a public notice intimating the tender-cum- auction for allotment of 72 vacant shops on rental basis in Vegetable, Fruit, Flower and Food Grain Market on monthly rent basis at Koyambedu Wholesale Market Complex, Koyambedu, Chennai-600107.
