ORDER
The writ petition is filed challenging the impugned refusal check slip dated 30.03.2026.
2. When the petitioner presented a document for registration, the same was refused on the ground that it is an unauthorized house site.
3. It is seen that the petitioner's vendor purchased the property earlier by sale deed dated 09.01.2006, in which itself, the property is described as a house site.
4. In view thereof, since prior to the year 2006 itself the property is dealt with as house site, the reasons contained in the refusal check slip cannot be sustained.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands allowed on the following terms:
(I) The impugned refusal check slip, dated 30.03.2026, shall stand set aside.
(ii) Within two weeks from the date of receipt of a web copy of the order, the petitioner shall represent the document. Upon which, the same shall be registered, if there is no other impediment. No costs.
