Order
The petitioners have filed this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.258 of 2025 dated 05.12.2025.
2. When the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report has been filed in C.C.No.55 of 2026 before the Judicial Magistrate, Gingee.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
