O R D E R
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land comprised in Survey Nos.313/6C, 315/3B, 315/3C and 315/4, S.Kumarapuram Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Tuticorin District, and to lay the boundary stones.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the survey had already been conducted on 11.04.2026 and indicated the four boundaries.
3. However, the petitioners submitted that the respondents had failed to erect the boundary stones.
4. The boundary stones ought to be erected at the cost of the petitioners. Therefore, the petitioners cannot claim that the respondents failed to erect the boundary stones. Therefore, the petitioners are directed to submit a fresh application within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application, the third respondent shall conduct a survey, after issuing notice to the petitioners as well as the adjacent landowners, within a period of three months therefrom. If the third
