Taking into consideration the period of incarceration undergone by the appellants, the fact that there is no previous case is pending against them and also considering the fact that the co-accused have been enlarged on bail, this Court is inclined to allow the Criminal Appeals by setting aside the order, dated 17.03.2026 made in Crl.M.P.Nos.390 & 388 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode.

Accordingly, the Criminal Appeals are allowed and the order, dated 17.03.2026 made in Crl.M.P.Nos.390 & 388 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode is set aside. The appellants are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, and on further condition that:
