PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass final orders on the revision application dated 07.05.2026 preferred by the petitioner under Sec.80 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
